Kia has revealed the pricing for its most affordable vehicle, the K4 sedan. The 2025 Kia K4 will have a starting price of $23,145, which includes the $1,155 destination fee. This model replaces the Forte in Kia's range and is currently one of the most affordable cars in the American market.
For this price, buyers receive a 2.0-liter naturally aspirated inline-four engine that produces 147 horsepower and 132 pound-feet of torque, paired with a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT) that drives the front wheels. The base LX trim comes standard with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, along with a comprehensive set of driver-assistance features such as speed limit assist, lane-keep assist, and adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go functionality. Additionally, it includes standard blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alerts.
Optional features for the 2025 K4 include a multi-segment display cockpit, a Harman Kardon sound system, heated and ventilated seats, and a sunroof. Moving up to the $26,345 GT-Line trim adds distinctive styling elements both front and rear, larger 18-inch alloy wheels, and various black exterior trim pieces. The GT-Line Turbo variant steps up further by replacing the standard engine with a 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder that delivers 190 hp and 195 lb-ft of torque, at an additional cost of $2,900.
The base K4 model is scheduled to reach dealerships in September 2024, with the GT-Line following in October and the turbo model expected in early 2025.
