The current Lincoln Navigator has been available for several years, and to compete with the recently updated Cadillac Escalade, Ford's luxury brand is introducing a completely new model. The 2025 Navigator retains the same 440-horsepower 3.5-liter Ecoboost V6 engine from its predecessor, but it undergoes significant changes both inside and out. A massive 48-inch infotainment screen takes center stage on the dashboard, while passengers in the first and second rows can enjoy heated and cooled massage seats.

Similar to the Escalade, the new Navigator combines large wheels, comfort, and advanced technology. The standard 22-inch wheels can be replaced with even larger 24-inch ones, which, like the truck's exterior, are adorned with intricate details. The Lincoln differentiates itself from the refreshed Cadillac through its unique use of luxury features. The "Rejuvenate" feature integrates the vehicle's perfume, ambient lighting, massage, climate control, and more into a comprehensive, theatrical experience designed to relax the driver. This feature, which can only be activated when the vehicle is parked, offers several modes to suit different moods and lasts between 5 to 10 minutes.

Although the "Rejuvenate" feature is limited to front-row occupants, rear passengers are not neglected. The second row can be equipped with heated and cooled massage seats, and even the often overlooked third row features heated seats. The vehicle boasts 14 USB ports. Additionally, the Navigator offers an optional "cargo tailgate manager" feature that includes multiple storage shelves, a bench seat, and a table, making it a pleasure to use when stationary.

Driving the Lincoln should be effortless, especially on the highway, thanks to Ford's standard BlueCruise hands-free driving system. Similar to General Motors' Super Cruise, BlueCruise allows hands-free highway driving, maintaining lane position and controlling throttle and brakes. It requires supervision but significantly reduces stress during long journeys. For those seeking even more luxury, there are two Black Label models: Enlighten and Atmospheric. The top-tier Navigator in Black Label trim features a 30-way "Perfect Position" seat, real wood, premium leather, and a "crystal-inspired" volume knob.

The Enlighten version offers a brighter, lighter interior with beige seats, grey piping, and birch accents, while the Atmospheric version has a moodier ambiance with grey leather seats, black floors, and copper accents. Both models include impressive second-row captain's chairs and a 28-speaker sound system. Pricing for the 2025 Navigator has not been announced, but with the current model starting in the mid-eighties, expect the new edition to approach the six-figure mark. The new truck is set to go on sale next spring.
