Nissan has refreshed the Frontier for 2025, equipping it with additional standard features throughout its range. However, these enhancements come with a price hike; the 2025 Frontier is pricier than its 2024 counterpart across all models. The base model, King Cab S 4x2, now begins at $33,560, marking a $1,540 increase. Standard features for the new Frontier include a telescopic steering wheel, a sliding rear window, and an overhead console sunglasses holder. Its towing capacity has been increased by 500 pounds to 7,150, maintaining the same 3.8-liter V-6 engine that produces 310 horsepower and 281 pound-feet of torque.
For the 2025 model year, Frontier SV grades and above are fitted with a larger 12.3-inch infotainment system, supporting wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. These trims also feature a six-way power driver’s seat with two-way power lumbar support. The SV trim comes with standard 17-inch wheels, while the Pro-X, Pro-4X, and SL trims offer a four-way passenger seat. Nissan has extended the availability of the long-wheelbase, six-foot bed option to include Pro-4X and SL trims in addition to the SV, at an additional cost of $500 regardless of the trim. The updated Frontier is set to hit the market later this summer.
