Porsche has just refreshed the 911 GT3 for 2025. While it maintains a familiar appearance, the automaker has made notable updates to the exterior, cabin, and suspension. The new 992.2-generation GT3 comes with a significantly higher price tag, starting at $224,495, which includes the $1,995 destination charge. This represents a $53,000 increase over the 2023 GT3 and a $40,000 hike compared to the 2024 model, which started at $171,500 and $184,550, respectively. These prices do not include any additional options, such as the newly available Weissach Package, priced at $19,330, or the $36,010 Lightweight Package for the GT3 Touring.

The GT3 retains its naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six engine, which continues to deliver 502 horsepower. However, Porsche has made adjustments to meet more stringent emissions standards, including GT3 RS camshafts, new throttle bodies, and revised heads. The engine is still paired with either a six-speed manual transmission with a shorter final drive or a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. Inside, the changes are more subtle, with Porsche introducing newly designed carbon-fiber backrests. Additionally, the GT3 Touring will now offer optional rear seats, marking the first time this feature has been available in the GT3's 25-year history.

We have contacted Porsche for further clarification on the pricing details and will update this article as soon as we receive a response.
