On Wednesday morning, a 4.7-magnitude earthquake rattled various areas of Pakistan. The tremors were experienced in parts of Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. According to Pakistan's National Seismic Monitoring Centre, the epicenter of the quake was located in the southeastern part of Afghanistan. The United States Geological Something reported that the seismic event occurred at a depth of 67.8km and was recorded at 8.17am UAE time, which corresponds to 9.17am in Pakistan.
