With limited seating available—only 15 spots for the Salon Champagne package and 100 for the standard dining experience—this promises to be an exclusive affair.
Chef Martín, renowned for his innovative techniques, will present authentic Basque flavors, while Chef Dani, celebrated for making Spanish cuisine universally appealing, will offer dishes inspired by Spanish and Andalusian traditions. The evening will kick off with an array of starters, including Chef Martín’s Mille-feuille of smoked eel, foie gras, spring onions, and green apple; Chef Dani’s whimsical “foie that wanted to be an apple”; Sea crunch “Mollete” with Chef Martín’s secret sauce; Dani’s signature burger; and a duo of carabineros, a seafood delight co-created by the chefs. For the main course, guests can look forward to Kiwami beef tomahawk with foyot sauce and truffled onion au gratin by Dani, and grilled sea bream in Basque style with pil-pil sauce, panadera potatoes, and vegetables, a classic by Chef Martín.
To conclude the meal, the dessert course will feature tarta di rose and vanilla chantilly, a floral-inspired creation by Dani, and Martín Berasategui’s traditional and flavorful torrija.
