Second-half strikes from Ante Palaversa, Topi Keskinen, Vincente Besuijen, and Kevin Nisbet propelled Aberdeen to the top of the Scottish Premiership with a commanding 4-1 victory over Dundee at Pittodrie.

After a subdued first half, the hosts seized control with a rapid two-goal burst. Ante Palaversa opened the scoring with a pinpoint shot that left Dundee goalkeeper Jon McCracken helpless in the 53rd minute. Just four minutes later, Clark Robertson's botched clearance fell perfectly for Topi Keskinen, who fired past McCracken to double the lead.

Dundee managed to pull one back through Scott Tiffoney's cross, which Simon Murray headed home in the 70th minute. However, Aberdeen restored their two-goal cushion almost immediately. Substitute Vincente Besuijen, on the field for just 42 seconds, finished off a floated free-kick from Kevin Nisbet. Nisbet then sealed the win with a deflected shot that left McCracken stranded for a 4-1 final score.

Meanwhile, Hibernian's struggles continued with a 2-1 home defeat to St Mirren, leaving them at the bottom of the table. Conor McMenamin's brace put St Mirren in control, and Ellery Balcombe's penalty save further dampened Hibs' spirits. Although Nicky Cadden scored a late penalty, a stoppage-time equalizer was disallowed for offside, leaving Hibs with just one win in 12 league matches.

In other matches, Dundee United secured a 3-0 win over Ross County, while St Johnstone suffered a 2-1 loss to Motherwell despite dominating possession.
