The Civil Defence Authority of Abu Dhabi has declared a substantial fine for individuals who neglect to equip their buildings with smart systems. Those who do not implement these systems in buildings that necessitate the technology will face a penalty of Dh10,000. This ruling is in accordance with Cabinet Resolution No 24 of 2012, which governs civil defence services within the state.
Earlier this month, a fire incident occurred in a building within the capital city, triggered by the explosion of a gas cylinder.
