Abu Dhabi Police announced that some hospital patients in Abu Dhabi received free medical treatments on November 16. The police have collaborated with Al-Ahliya Hospital in Musafah to introduce the 'Treatment Costs on Us' initiative. This program covers the medical expenses incurred by a specific group of patients on November 16. The initiative coincided with the International Day of Tolerance, which is celebrated annually on November 16.

Colonel Youssef Mohammed Al-Mhairi, the director of the Musafah Police Centre, explained that the initiative aims to ease the financial strain on patients, inspire hope, and encourage a virtuous lifestyle. He emphasized that it underscores Abu Dhabi's dedication to promoting tolerance, peaceful coexistence, and social harmony through various humanitarian and cultural endeavors.

Highlighting the UAE's status as a global emblem of tolerance, Colonel Al-Mhairi stressed the significance of advancing such initiatives both domestically and internationally, building on the nation's heritage of compassion, unity, and mutual respect.
