Celebrity status, which inherently involves constant public scrutiny, often comes with its own set of challenges, including anxiety. The most recent individual to confront this issue is actress Soniya Bansal, known for her appearance in Bigg Boss 17, who was admitted to the hospital after experiencing a panic attack at a public event. The incident occurred during an award ceremony on July 21, where Bansal initially exhibited symptoms of a panic attack, which can manifest as clammy hands, dizziness, and hyperventilation.
According to a report in the Times of India, her physician has suggested that she engage in therapy to address her mental health concerns. Bansal herself expressed in the same publication, “My health has been deteriorating for some time, but I am striving to live a normal life. I consider myself a strong individual, yet I am at the mercy of circumstances. I am taking all necessary steps to maintain my happiness and health, and I am hopeful for a speedy recovery. I am grateful to everyone for their love and support.”
Bansal is a film actress who has appeared in both Bollywood and Telugu cinema. She made her debut with the film Game 100 Crore Ka and later participated in projects like Dubki. She has openly discussed with Soul Arabia the challenges she faced in attaining fame. “It was not easy to begin my career as a model or actress. I had to work tirelessly to achieve success and persist in the field I chose for myself,” she recounted. In the same interview, she offered advice to aspiring young women, “Nothing is impossible; work diligently to enhance yourself and realize your dreams.”
