Acube Developments has unveiled its second real estate venture, Electra, a 38-story residential building located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. The property boasts over 50 amenities and is scheduled to commence construction in the second quarter of 2024, with an estimated handover in three years.
Named after the blue-white star in the Taurus constellation, Electra will comprise 278 lavish apartments, including studios, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units, all outfitted with Bosch appliances and Roca sanitary ware. Each unit will feature cutting-edge smart home solutions and will be fully furnished with a choice of 3 different furniture designs. Additionally, the 2-bedroom apartments will offer spacious terrace pools measuring 4.6 meters by 1.8 meters.

Prices for studio apartments will start at Dh750,644 per unit. Residents of Electra will have access to an array of exclusive amenities, including a beach-themed pool, private pools, a mini-water park with slides, a miniature golf area, a bowling alley, indoor and outdoor play spaces, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis, an indoor children’s cinema, and picnic areas. This will be made possible through a collaboration with Sanderson Global consultancy to curate over 50 unique amenities solely for residents.
The 37th and 38th floors are tailored towards adults, featuring a gym, yoga and aerobics studios, a cinema, sauna, and steam rooms, with the 38th floor showcasing a sprawling, 18-meter-long sky pool. Additionally, residents will have access to picnic, barbecue, and pizza areas for hosting gatherings with family and friends.
