Democratic US Representative Adam Schiff shared his views with NBC News, stating that Vice-President Kamala Harris has the potential to win 'overwhelmingly' if she competes against former President Donald Trump. However, he emphasized that President Joe Biden must first decide on his own candidacy. 'I believe she (Harris) could very well win overwhelmingly, but before we consider other candidates, the president needs to decide if he will run,' Schiff explained in an interview on Sunday.
He further added, 'Either he (Biden) needs to win overwhelmingly, or he should hand over the leadership to someone who can achieve that.'
