Singer Adele has chosen to step away from the music scene for a while. During her recent concert in Munich, the creator of the hit 'Skyfall' informed her fans about her upcoming break, as reported by Fox News. "I have 10 more concerts to perform, but after that, I won't be seeing you for a very long time, and I will cherish you in my heart," she told the audience. Multiple videos from the event have been posted online, showing Adele addressing the crowd about her temporary departure from music. This news left her fans feeling devastated. In response to her announcement, a user on X (formerly Twitter) commented, "Come back with a bang Adele." Another supporter on X expressed, "Watching Adele live is literally my life's purpose. I will see you queen, however long it takes." Adele has been hosting her Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum Theater at Caesars Palace since November 2022. She first revealed this residency in 2021, but later shocked and disappointed her fans by postponing the entire tour. In a heartfelt video, the singer of 'Rolling in the Deep' explained that the quality of her show was not satisfactory and that she and her team would not be prepared to start on time. Her final performances are scheduled from October 25 to November 23 this year. Earlier this year, Adele spoke about her challenges with the demands of fame. During a February concert, she addressed pictures taken of her at an NBA game where she appeared unhappy. She clarified that her unhappy expression was due to people filming her without her consent and her discomfort with fame. "Do you remember that viral meme of me?" she asked the audience, referring to the photos taken in February 2022 at the 2022 NBA All-Star Game. She then imitated the facial expression from the famous photos. She explained that she had mixed feelings about being filmed at the game and ended up being filmed despite her wishes. "The reason I looked like my lips had filler - because I naturally have big lips, I don't need filler - the reason I looked like a different person was because I was sulking, because I was [these people] have come back and are filming me against my will," she said, according to a fan-recorded video. She further added, "I didn't realize they were broadcasting it on TV, I thought it was just in the room." Adele's latest album, '30,' was released in 2021.
