Adnec Group revealed on Monday that it has finalized agreements to acquire 100% of Royal Catering Services LLC, an Abu Dhabi-based catering service provider that serves 50,000 meals daily. Once Royal Catering is integrated into Adnec's rapidly expanding Capital Catering business, the combined entity will emerge as one of the largest and most competitive catering providers in the Abu Dhabi market. The acquisition of Royal Catering signifies an expansion of the group's production capacity by incorporating several high-quality catering facilities into its asset portfolio and shifting Capital Catering's industry focus from aviation, defense, and healthcare.
Royal Catering boasts over 2,500 employees and a daily production capacity of more than 50,000 meals. The company has established a reputation for delivering top-tier services across the UAE. In addition to catering, Royal Catering offers complementary services such as accommodation, making it a versatile player in the sector. By merging Royal Catering with Capital Catering, Adnec Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Modon Holding, will bolster its capability to handle larger contracts and serve a more diverse clientele.
