In May 2024, the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman finalized 169 real estate valuation processes, totaling over Dh729.5 million, according to recent data. The report for May detailed various types of valuations, including those for individual transactions, courts, institutions, and long-term golden residency visas for investors. These amounted to 142 processes with a total value of more than Dh334 million, marking a 33% rise from the prior month. Ahmed Khalfan Al Shamsi, the director of real estate registration, noted that the valuations encompassed properties across commercial, residential, industrial, and agricultural sectors. Notably, commercial properties led with a valuation of Dh437.2 million, a 197% increase from April 2024, outpacing industrial properties valued at Dh148.45 million.
