Al Ansari Financial Services announced on Monday that its Board of Directors has greenlit an interim cash dividend for the first half of 2024, totaling Dh157,500,000, which translates to 2.10 fils per share.
Shareholders must be registered by September 26, 2024, to be eligible for the dividend. The ex-dividend date is set for September 27, 2024, and the registry will close on September 30, 2024. The dividend is scheduled to be distributed on October 16, 2024.
This dividend payment aligns with the company's dividend policy and was authorized by shareholders during the general assembly meeting on March 19, 2024.
