Construction Week magazine, a specialized news platform for the construction and contracting sector in the Middle East, has placed Andrea Nucera, Managing Director of Reportage Properties, on the 2024 list of the 150 most powerful and influential figures in the construction and building sector in the region. Nucera, a prominent leader in the UAE and regional real estate sector, has held his position since Reportage Properties' inception in 2014. Leveraging his extensive real estate experience, Nucera has guided Reportage Properties to expand and initiate numerous notable projects both within and outside the UAE, encompassing 35 projects across the Emirates, Egypt, Turkey, Morocco, and Saudi Arabia. Recently, Forbes Middle East listed Andrea Nucera as the 57th most influential real estate leader in the region in 2024, showcasing 100 regional developers who champion innovation and future building. Reportage Properties achieved sales of over Dh3.7 billion in 2023, a 60% increase from Dh2.3 billion in 2022, with sales for the first five months of the current year reaching Dh2.5 billion. The company has recently announced new project launches while maintaining the completion of existing projects on schedule. Reportage has commenced the handover of several projects, including Oasis Residence 2 in Masdar City with 304 residential units, following the handover of Oasis Residence 1 last year, and Al Raha Lofts in the Al Raha Beach area in Abu Dhabi. Additionally, the first phase of the Rukan Lofts project in the Dubai Land area, developed in partnership with Continental Investment Company, has been completed.
