Renowned actor Anupam Kher has formally revealed that Iain Glen, famous for his part in Game of Thrones, will be playing a role in his forthcoming movie, Tanvi The Great. Kher disseminated the information via social media, uploading a video where they discuss their partnership.
"Ladies and Gentlemen! Following the widespread circulation of our photo from the #TanviTheGreat set yesterday, both #IainGlen and I have chosen to formally announce our collaboration on the film," Kher stated in his social media post. He further expressed, "On a personal level, I am thrilled and honored to have #Iain feature in my directorial debut. I have long admired his exceptional talent both on stage and screen, and naturally, from #GameOfThrones!"
In return, Glen commended Kher and voiced his enthusiasm for joining the project. "Anupam is an extraordinary individual. It's difficult to engage with him without gaining a deeper perspective on life," Glen commented. He also expressed his eagerness about his first venture into Indian cinema, adding, "I'm delighted to be a part of his film #TanviTheGreat. And it's my inaugural visit to India, a nation of stunning landscapes and gracious people."
The duo previously collaborated on the BBC series Mrs Wilson. Their upcoming project in Tanvi The Great is eagerly awaited. Tanvi The Great will showcase music by MM Keeravani, the distinguished Oscar-winning composer renowned for his contributions to RRR.
