Situated just 7 km from the EXPO 2020 site, within the bustling Dubai South Villages, the project is strategically positioned. Dubai South, spanning 145 sq km, is a highly desirable area known for its advanced transportation network, originally conceived as a significant urban development. Linear Park 3 is an integral part of the South Bay master-planned community in Dubai South's Residential District, which is currently in the developmental phase. The recent strategic move by master-developer Dubai South Properties positions South Bay as a key element in The Residential District.
The smooth incorporation of Linear Park 3 into the evolving South Bay community underscores Aqar Landscape LLC's dedication to superior landscaping and positively impacts the ongoing evolution of Dubai's real estate sector. The project includes carefully planned landscape works and Retail & Toilet blocks, featuring a wide range of amenities. It includes a dedicated children's play area with a skate park and traditional play zones, covering a vast landscape area of 13,097.76 sq m. The design harmoniously integrates hardscape and softscape elements to create an aesthetically pleasing and balanced environment. Notably, the play areas include a shade structure to ensure a pleasant experience for children.

Suresh Gali Baskar, head of commercial at Aqar Landscape LLC, emphasized the technical challenges faced during the project, including design finalization, RTA approval, high-quality delivery, and efficient resource management. To address these challenges, collaborative design meetings and workshops were conducted with the design consultant and client to align project requirements. Regular interactions with authorities clarified specifications, and a comprehensive tracking system was put in place for critical project elements to ensure timely completion and prevent delays. The project required 194,840 man-hours of workforce effort.
