Arab women have truly established themselves in various fields. However, it is the voices that delve into the complexities of modern life and society that are enabling them to express themselves effectively. Tracy Harmoush is one such influential voice. As one of the most prominent figures in Arab social media, Harmoush's incisive observations on the challenges of contemporary life and human behavior have frequently gained widespread attention.

Formerly an investment banker, Tracy transitioned into a successful speaker and entrepreneur after a decade in finance. In 2018, she embarked on her entrepreneurial journey and has since emerged as one of the leading fitness entrepreneurs in the GCC, as well as an active investor. She founded Untraceable, a wellness and personal growth company boasting over 10,000 members, and holds the positions of Managing Partner at The Fifth Kind Productions and Founding Partner & Chief Marketing Officer at Mama Booza, a traditional Arabic ice-cream brand based in Dubai.

Tracy also hosts the 'What They Don’t Tell Us' podcast. The second edition of We The Women, scheduled for October 16 at The Address Skyview, will spotlight the region's foremost trailblazers and explore their experiences of shattering the glass ceiling. We the Women 2024 is supported by Novartis, Franklin Templeton, and Stellaire Jewellery.
