Arada has announced the launch of W Residences at Dubai Harbour, a luxurious three-tower seafront development situated in one of Dubai's most sought-after neighborhoods. This project, in partnership with Marriott International, features over 400 apartments now available for purchase. Scheduled for completion in 2027, the development boasts a LEED Silver-certified design, offering residents a premium marina lifestyle with stunning views of the Dubai skyline. The 40-storey complex is designed to harmonize with its environment, integrating the promenade, harbour, and sky to mirror the distinctive seafront and urban scenery.
