ART Shipyard's 35.4-metre explorer yacht, Bee Yacht, is currently undergoing sea trials in anticipation of its delivery in September 2024. This unique yacht, designed by Sergio Cutolo, was launched in Tuzla, Turkey in August 2024. Modeled after expedition ships, Bee Yacht features a full-displacement hull, sheltered decks, and is constructed from steel and aluminium.
The engineering of the yacht is handled by Hydro Tec, while the interiors, styled by Dragoni Design Lab in Varese, Italy, offer accommodation across five cabins, including a full-beam owner's cabin on the main deck. The interiors are characterized by modern, airy spaces, with the main saloon boasting floor-to-ceiling glazing. Renderings showcase a color scheme of white, cream, and green, complemented by a variety of statement lighting fixtures and integrated LEDs.
The main saloon is equipped with sofa seating, armchairs, and a formal dining setup for 10 guests. The aft deck, accessible via sliding glass doors, includes an infinity pool, a 40-square-metre multifunctional area, and steps leading down to a large, fixed bathing platform. The skylounge, styled in autumnal shades, features brown and cream furniture, mirrored tables, and cool-toned wood flooring, along with a wine fridge, bar, al fresco dining, and sunloungers.
The sundeck, partially shaded by the yacht's hardtop, offers two lounge areas and a sit-up bar for five guests. Additionally, a final lounge space, complete with sofas and a coffee table, is located at the bow. Key specifications include a volume just below 300GT and a beam of 7.7 metres. Zero speed stabilisers enhance comfort both underway and at anchor. The project is listed at €15,250,000 with Ocean Independence.
This announcement follows the recent unveiling of a new 40-metre expedition model by Brazilian shipyard Inace Superyachts. The yacht's striking silhouette is also the work of Sergio Cutolo, and it includes notable leisure features such as an owner's cabin with a vanity desk, dedicated office, television, and en suite.
