If your weekend plans include a trip to Sharjah, it's advisable to steer clear of the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Dubai Police took to X on Saturday to alert drivers about an overturned vehicle on this heavily trafficked road.
The incident occurred near Muhaisnah Bridge, as motorists were heading towards Sharjah. The 9.5km stretch, which typically takes around 7 minutes to traverse, is now causing delays of up to 29 minutes for those on the route.
In their advisory, Dubai Police urged motorists to exercise caution and prioritize safety.
