Barcelona have named former German national team and Bayern Munich manager Hansi Flick as their new head coach on a two-year contract. The LaLiga club announced this on Wednesday. Flick, who has been out of management since being dismissed by Germany in September 2023, will take on the challenge of rejuvenating Barcelona's fortunes following their trophyless season under the ousted Xavi Hernandez.
