Bayern Munich secured a hard-fought 1-0 victory over 10-man Paris Saint-Germain, thanks to Kim Min-jae's decisive goal, enhancing their prospects for automatic qualification and leaving the visitors in a precarious position after their third loss in the competition.

With PSG's sole win coming against Girona in their opening match, they were in dire need of points. Bayern capitalized first when South Korea's Kim headed home from close range in the 38th minute, after goalkeeper Matvei Safonov mishandled a corner. Things worsened for Luis Enrique's PSG when Ousmane Dembélé was sent off for a second booking in the 57th minute, leaving the already struggling side with just 10 players.

Safonov redeemed himself by tipping a Jamal Musiala shot onto the post, but despite late pressure, PSG could not deny Bayern. The Bavarian club climbed to 11th place with nine points from five games, just one point away from the top eight spots that secure automatic qualification for the last 16. PSG, on the other hand, are 26th with four points, outside the playoff spots with three matches remaining.

An own goal by RB Leipzig defender Castello Lukeba handed Inter a 1-0 home win in the Champions League, propelling the Italian champions to the top of the standings. Inter took the lead in the 27th minute when Lukeba inadvertently turned the ball into his own net following Federico Dimarco's free-kick. Unbeaten Inter now lead the table with 13 points from five games, one point ahead of second-placed Barcelona and Liverpool, who host Real Madrid on Wednesday.

Robert Lewandowski scored twice as Barcelona cruised to a 3-0 home win over Brest, becoming the third player to surpass the 100-goal mark in the competition. Lewandowski put Barça ahead after being fouled by goalkeeper Marco Bizot and converting from the spot in the 10th minute. Despite squandering several chances to extend their lead, Dani Olmo secured their second goal after dribbling past two defenders, with Lewandowski sealing the win in added time.

Diego Simeone praised Atlético Madrid's commanding performance in a 6-0 thrashing of Sparta Prague, featuring two goals from Julián Álvarez. Simeone expressed excitement over Álvarez's development after a challenging start to the season. After Álvarez and Marcos Llorente gave Atlético a three-goal lead, substitutes Antoine Griezmann and Ángel Correa added to the tally, with Correa scoring twice in the final minutes.

Milan secured their third consecutive win with a 3-2 victory at Slovan Bratislava, despite a late comeback attempt by the home side. The first half ended level, with Christian Pulisic scoring for Milan in the 21st minute before Tigran Barseghyan equalized three minutes later. Rafael Leão and Tammy Abraham extended Milan's lead in the second half, but Slovan pulled a goal back through Nino Marcelli. Marko Tolic's sending off for two quick yellow cards ensured Milan's victory.

Bayer Leverkusen revived their Champions League campaign with a 5-0 home win over Red Bull Salzburg, with Florian Wirtz scoring twice. Leverkusen, who had previously lost 4-0 to Liverpool, raced into an early lead with Wirtz converting a penalty in the eighth minute and Alejandro Grimaldo netting from a free-kick three minutes later. Wirtz scored again on the half-hour mark, and Patrik Schick and Aleix García added to the tally, securing Leverkusen's return to winning ways.
