Fans of Wednesday have a reason to celebrate as Netflix has unveiled a behind-the-scenes glimpse of season two of the hit show. Jenna Ortega returns as the enigmatic Wednesday Addams, and the new season is touted as "bigger and more twisted than ever imagined," according to The Hollywood Reporter. The new video was revealed during a fan event in Atlanta on Thursday. The video features Ortega alongside original cast members such as Hunter Doohan, Emma Myers, Joy Sunday, Luis Guzman, and Catherine Zeta-Jones. Fans were also delighted to see Thing, portrayed by Victor Dorobantu, back at Nevermore Academy.

The behind-the-scenes footage showcases various scenes being filmed, including Ortega's Wednesday arriving at Nevermore with her signature serious demeanor, students congregating in a field, and Thing sneaking around. Renowned director Tim Burton was also spotted on set. "If we showed you any more, your eyes would bleed and I'm not that generous," Ortega quipped at the end of the video. Filming for Season 2 commenced in May in Ireland. The series, created by Al Gough and Miles Millar, has introduced new cast members, including Steve Buscemi, Billie Piper, Evie Templeton, Owen Painter, and Noah Taylor.

Earlier this year, Ortega expressed her satisfaction with the scripts for season two, particularly after facing criticism for her comments about the writing in season one. She hinted that season two will delve deeper into horror and feature more action. She added that each episode "feels like a movie," though Wednesday's character remains consistent. Netflix has yet to announce the release date for Wednesday season two.
