BNI TERRA has implemented proactive measures to minimize its carbon footprint and set a precedent in the business networking sector. Acknowledging the critical need for sustainable practices, BNI TERRA has adopted a hybrid meeting format. Monthly physical meetings are hosted at the LEED-certified Rove Hotels in Expo City Dubai, known for their sustainable practices, with online meetings scheduled for the remainder of the month. Furthermore, the group actively organizes activities to offset emissions. To further reduce the chapter’s carbon footprint, printed business cards have been replaced with placards featuring QR codes.
