On the fifth day of India Couture Week 2024, held on Sunday, Bollywood stars such as Abhay Deol, Sanjana Sanghi, and Fatima Sana Shaikh showed their support for designer Amit Aggarwal. Prior to the commencement of his show at the Taj Palace in Delhi, Deol and Sana Shaikh posed for the media, both sporting outfits crafted by Aggarwal. The designer showcased his collection titled 'Antevorta,' inspired by the Greek deity of the future. The collection, characterized by ethereal forms and symmetrical silhouettes, mirrored themes of time, linearity, and balance. Aggarwal also repurposed pre-owned Banarasi sarees, integrating philosophical, mythological, scientific, and cosmological concepts into his designs. Additionally, singer Raja Kumari and actress Kritika Kamra were in attendance at the event. The India Couture Week, which commenced on July 24, is set to conclude on July 31, with Falguni Shane Peacock scheduled to unveil their collection on the last day.
