Brian Austin Green and Tori Spelling shared intimate details about their past romantic encounters. The former "Beverly Hills, 90210" co-stars, both aged 51, candidly discussed their previous relationship; however, Green confessed he had no memory of their first intimate encounter. Spelling invited Green on the Nov. 5 episode of her misSPELLING podcast, where they reminisced about their on-screen and off-screen chemistry. Although hesitant to categorize their relationship, Green, known for his role as David Silver in the iconic '90s teen drama, stated that his connection with Spelling was "much more" than a typical boyfriend-girlfriend dynamic. "The label of boyfriend-girlfriend, or are you dating, felt almost disrespectful because we experienced far more than what normal dating entails," he explained. "We never really dated or broke up; our relationship was always evolving in unique ways."
The actor further elaborated, "There were never any boundaries or rules because our relationship manifested in so many diverse ways." Spelling, whose character Donna Martin was famously portrayed as a virgin, revealed the first time she and Green had sex, which occurred after a day of arguing at Disneyland. Green had reportedly rented out the theme park for his castmates. "We had many intense arguments," he shared. "A lot of that was due to attraction and growing up together." While Spelling attributed their Disney dispute to their first intimate encounter, Green admitted he couldn't recall the specifics. "I was like, 'Why are you always angry? Why do we always fight?'" Spelling recounted. "And you said, 'Have you ever thought that maybe I fight with you because I love you?'"
"No, I didn't," Green replied, describing the moment as "magical." "Yeah, and you probably said 'I love you' like we were siblings or best friends," Spelling added. "And I was like, 'He said he loves me.' Then we started kissing." "Wait, what? I love this story," Green interjected. "It feels like I'm hearing about you and someone else." "I feel so silly right now!" Spelling responded. She reminded Green that he suggested they return to the hotel, leading to their intimate moment. The next morning, Spelling confided in their "90210" co-star Jennie Garth about their night. "She was like, 'What?'" Spelling laughed.
Although Green couldn't remember their first time together, he assured Spelling, "I remember other times, but I don't recall that specific moment at all. I don't know how that's possible." Green and Spelling were part of "90210" for all 10 seasons from 1990 to 2000. Despite their off-screen romance not lasting, both eventually found love again before facing public divorces. Spelling married actor Dean McDermott in May 2006 and they share five children. She filed for divorce in March after 18 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. Green wed actress Megan Fox in 2010. Fox initially filed for divorce in 2015 but they reconciled. They finalized their divorce in 2022 and have three children. Green is now engaged to former "Dancing with the Stars" pro Sharna Burgess, with whom he welcomed their first child in June 2022.
