Activision continues to populate the Call of Duty in-game store with fresh bundles, and the newest addition allows players to embody a legally distinct version of Guardians of the Galaxy's Rocket Raccoon. This is according to the buzz surrounding the latest "Cash Bandit" store bundle, which went live on November 26 for Black Ops 6 and Warzone. The bundle features the "Raccoon Goon" skin for Niran, accompanied by the "Debt Collector" weapon skin for the recently released Sirin 9mm special weapon. Additionally, the package includes a "Vault Security" GPR 91 assault rifle blueprint.
The raccoon skin also comes with a weapon reticle named "Cash Flow" and a finishing move dubbed "Disarmed." Furthermore, the bundle offers a raccoon-themed decal and weapon charm, along with a one-hour double XP token. Priced at 2,800 COD Points, this DLC bundle roughly translates to $20 USD. This isn't the first time a Call of Duty store bundle has drawn comparisons to a Guardians of the Galaxy character. Previously, Activision introduced the Gaia skin for 2023's Modern Warfare III, which bore a striking resemblance to Groot from the Marvel superhero franchise.
For those who prefer not to transform into a raccoon but still wish to play Call of Duty as an animal, the in-game store recently added a bundle that turns players into a muscular shark. Black Ops 6, which launched at the end of October, was the best-selling game in the US for that month and has already secured the No. 3 spot among the best-selling games of 2024. In other Call of Duty news, it has been reported that Microsoft has established a new committee to guide the future of the mega-franchise, while the first rumored details about the 2027 Call of Duty game have surfaced.
