The Call of Duty franchise has recently gained a reputation for its extravagant skins, operators, and finishing moves. The latest addition to Black Ops 6 and Warzone, the Brightmare Tracer Pack, might just take the cake. This pack is centered around a unicorn theme, and its finishing move, dubbed 'Refraction Action,' features a unicorn that unleashes a lethal rainbow fart to eliminate enemies. It's an undeniably unique spectacle.
For those unfamiliar, players can execute finishing moves by successfully sneaking up on an enemy. While not easy to pull off, these moves come with a risk: during the animation, the player is exposed. This creates a high-risk, high-reward scenario.
Prior to this, one of the more outlandish finishing moves was introduced in the Cheech & Chong DLC, where characters would blow weed smoke from their guns to take down enemies. Another memorable addition was the King Kong DLC, which allowed players to punch their foes into the sun. These quirky store bundles are set to continue, as Activision has confirmed they are here to stay, emphasizing the importance of fun in the game.
Although the Brightmare DLC is not yet available, fans have already uncovered its contents by digging through the game files. When released, it will include the 'Refraction Action' finishing move, the Brightrider skin, and the Dreadhorn weapon blueprint for the AS VAL assault rifle. Additional items in the pack include the 'Saddle Up' spray and the 'Rainbows and Unicorns' emote, among others.
In other Call of Duty news, Black Ops 6 is currently offering a free trial for multiplayer and Zombies modes. Additionally, the game has introduced new holiday-themed maps and modes to celebrate the festive season.
