Cards Against Humanity, LLC, the publisher of the irreverent card game of the same name, has revealed plans to take legal action against Elon Musk. This comes after the billionaire, known for his ventures in space, allegedly dumped waste from SpaceX's production facility onto land owned by Cards Against Humanity and protected from development.

The card game company, known for its sharp wit, announced the lawsuit in an unconventional way, launching a website named ElonOwesYou100Dollars.com. The site provides comprehensive details about the legal action.

"We have terrible news," reads a candid statement on the site's homepage. "Seven years ago, 150,000 individuals paid us $15 each to safeguard a pristine piece of land along the US-Mexico border from the racist billionaire Donald Trump's ill-conceived wall. Unfortunately, a richer, more racist billionaire—Elon Musk—sneaked up on us and utterly ruined that land with gravel, tractors, and space debris."

The statement includes images showing the land in 2017 compared to its current condition, with the blunt comment, "He f**ked it."

The story of how the protected land became an unofficial dumping ground for SpaceX is straightforward: According to Cards Against Humanity, Musk began dumping SpaceX's waste there without permission. When caught, SpaceX gave Cards Against Humanity a 12-hour ultimatum to accept a lowball offer for less than half the land's value.

Cards Against Humanity's response? "We said, 'Go f**k yourself, Elon Musk. We’ll see you in court.'" The company is suing Musk for $15 million. If they win, the net proceeds from the lawsuit will be evenly distributed among the original 150,000 subscribers, up to $100 each.

The statement concludes with a post-script: "P.S. We will also accept Twitter.com as compensation."

As of now, neither Musk nor SpaceX has commented on the allegations or the lawsuit.
