Cult British zombie-comedy Shaun of the Dead is celebrating its 20th anniversary, and if you're looking to escape the relentless passage of time, why not revisit this classic film? A special 20th Anniversary Steelbook Edition of Shaun of the Dead is now available for preorder on Amazon for $43, ahead of its December 3 release. This edition includes 4K Blu-ray, Blu-ray, and digital versions of the film.

For those looking to save a bit of money, a 4K Blu-ray edition without the steelbook cover is available for $30. Amazon has experienced multiple sell-outs of the Steelbook Edition since preorders opened, so fans are advised not to delay their preorders. As of October 18, the latest restock is still available.

Directed by Edgar Wright, Shaun of the Dead was the first installment in the Cornetto Trilogy and was a huge success upon its release. The film combined Wright's distinctive fast-paced directing style, honed on the TV series Spaced, with the chemistry of actors Simon Pegg and Nick Frost, offering a refreshing take on the genre. The anniversary edition features a sleek steelbook cover inspired by classic EC Comics covers from the '50s, with inside prints of Cornetto ice cream. The 4K Blu-ray release also includes a standard Blu-ray and a digital streaming code, both of which resemble vinyl records.

The special features include previously released bonus content along with a new feature, Shaun of the Dead: 20 Bloody Years, which offers a retrospective look at the film with Wright, Pegg, and Frost reflecting on its history. If you're interested in watching all three films in the Cornetto trilogy in 4K, they are available in a bundled box set, currently priced at $27 (originally $60), which includes 4K Blu-ray, standard Blu-ray, and digital versions. A standard Blu-ray version is also available for $17.
