The UAE's 53rd year marks a significant milestone in our distinctive journey. We are not merely another nation but a cosmopolitan force with ambitious objectives, positioning us as a future leader among nations. Recognizing our unique paths, I am profoundly proud of my country's achievements. Our leadership has instilled in us that success is more than a list of accomplishments. Their guidance assures us that there will always be more to achieve. Our steadfast dedication to progress and our unyielding pursuit of excellence are driven by a broad outlook, always aiming high.
To grasp the goals and vision of the UAE's strategy, one must refer to a blueprint deeply embedded in our history and manifest in our current actions. Our history reveals that our founders and ancestors overcame adversities, propelling the wheel of fortune forward through faith and ingenuity. It is now our duty to sustain this momentum, as we are not mere spectators but active participants in the UAE's future. We bear the responsibility to uphold the legacy of our forebears.

It serves as the main pillar for the next six years, paving the way towards the central vision of 2071. Our vision is not just about advancement but about establishing new benchmarks and redefining possibilities.
The focus is on four pillars — a forward society, a forward economy, a forward diplomacy, and finally, a forward ecosystem. We, the emirates, aim to develop an integrated social empowerment system that can unlock the capabilities of individuals and contribute to enhancing cohesion, brotherhood, and tolerance by preserving cultural heritage and national identity values through education that instills new ethics and enriches knowledge through different stages of life and an advanced healthcare system available to all with highest levels of readiness for all circumstances.
