Colliers Project Leaders – Middle East, a prominent diversified project management firm, has secured the contract to provide comprehensive project management services for Armenia’s upcoming World Trade Center in Yerevan, estimated at approximately USD 250 million. This initiative is a collaborative effort between the Armenian government and Renshin Ltd, aiming to construct a cutting-edge mixed-use development that will feature commercial spaces, offices, retail outlets, hotels, and exhibition halls.
