President Sheikh Mohamed has conveyed his sympathies to King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan following the death of former Prime Minister Zaid Samir al-Rifai. Similar messages of condolence were also sent by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, as well as Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, to the Jordanian monarch.
Additionally, Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, a member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, expressed his condolences to the King of Jordan on the demise of the former Prime Minister.
