Construction is progressing smoothly on the third unit of Ada Yacht Works’ 50-metre 50Z series, referred to as NB103. The hull has been successfully launched after being constructed at Norse Shipyard in Kocaeli, Turkey. It will now be transported to Ada Yacht Works' facilities in Bodrum for further outfitting. The anticipated delivery date is set for 2026.
The yacht is constructed from steel and aluminium, with Uldas Yacht Design overseeing the exterior styling and Ginton Naval Architects handling the naval architecture. Key specifications include a beam of nine metres and a draft of 2.6 metres.
While interior details remain undisclosed, the interiors are being crafted by the renowned Italian studio Luca Dini. Accommodation is spread across six cabins, featuring an owner's suite with a private balcony and a Jacuzzi, along with additional quarters for 10 crew members.
A standout feature of the design is the beach club, which includes a plunge pool, sunloungers, and unfolding hydraulic wings. Another significant social area is the foredeck swimming pool, complete with sunpads.
Powered by twin MAN engines, NB103 is expected to achieve a maximum speed of 15 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots. According to BOATPro, two other units in the 50Z series are also under construction, with the first 50Z slated for delivery in June 2025.
