The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department took to Instagram on Thursday to inform residents about the process of disputing their fines.

In a video posted in Arabic, the authority explained that this new smart service is accessible at any time, 24/7. The process for applying for a reduction or disputing the fine is straightforward, as detailed in the video. First, visit www.adjd.gov.ae, select 'Prosecutions,' and then choose the option 'Ask to refer traffic violations to court.'

Finally, apply to the relevant authority and attach your violation report from the Tamm application. The applicant will receive a decision instantly, along with a link to pay a reduced fine. Once the fine is paid, the applicant will also receive a copy of the verdict online. Here's a glimpse of what the online verdict would look like:
