Two convoys loaded with vital supplies and winter aid items entered Gaza via Egypt's Rafah border crossing as part of 'Operation Chivalrous Knight 3', aimed at supporting Palestinian families amid the current challenging circumstances. The convoys consisted of 20 trucks transporting over 337 tonnes of supplies, which included winter apparel, tents, family kits, food staples such as flour, sugar, cooking oil, and rice, medical supplies, waterproof covers, winter coats, blankets, and winter gloves.
These initiatives are designed to aid Palestinian children and families impacted by the situation in Gaza, alleviating the hardships faced by vulnerable groups and assisting them in enduring the harsh winter conditions. The UAE remains committed to providing humanitarian assistance to the Palestinian people in Gaza, mitigating the effects of the severe cold wave and the difficult conditions faced by residents, while addressing the fundamental needs of the most vulnerable communities.
