A five-bedroom beachfront Signature Villa at Six Senses Palm Jumeirah has been sold for an impressive Dh130 million, marking the highest sale in the project and placing it among the top ten most expensive branded residences sold in 2024. This transaction underscores the robust growth of Dubai's prime and super-prime branded residences sector and the enduring appeal of its off-plan market.

"Super prime branded residences have emerged as a key driver in the global real estate market, drawing interest from buyers in major cities like Miami, New York, and London," explains George Azar, CEO of Dubai Sotheby's International Realty, which facilitated the sale. "For high-net-worth individuals, these residences offer a sense of security, ensuring superior design quality and top-tier service. Dubai, known as a hub for luxury living, boasts the highest number of branded residences globally and continues to set new standards in this exclusive market."

The villa features meticulously chosen Italian marble and teakwood finishes, complemented by high-end branded fittings. Fully serviced and managed by Six Senses, it is expected to be completed by October 2025. Branded residences in Dubai are witnessing a significant surge, with Dh28.8 billion in sales recorded in the first half of 2024, accounting for 12.6% of the city's total transaction value. This represents a 44% year-on-year increase in transaction volume for branded residences.

Lana Gorbach, associate director at Dubai Sotheby's International Realty and a specialist in super-prime properties, orchestrated this record-breaking sale. "For discerning buyers, the prestige of a globally recognized brand is often more important than a prime location," says Gorbach. "The Six Senses Palm Jumeirah offers both, combining the renowned hospitality of Six Senses with a coveted beachfront address on Palm Jumeirah, making it an exceptional investment opportunity in Dubai's super-prime market."

Dubai Sotheby's International Realty has been instrumental in the prime and super-prime branded residences sector. This summer, the agency set a record for the most expensive villa sold on Jumeirah Bay Island for Dh175 million and recently closed the most expensive villa sale in Abu Dhabi at Dh130 million, both in the super-prime segment.
