Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred has introduced a fresh region, campaign, and class, marking its arrival. The new region, Nahantu, features Tenets of Akarat that players can discover and activate, akin to the Altars of Lilith found in the base game's regions. Despite their slightly different mechanics, the core concept of locating these hidden elements in the environment remains consistent. Activating these Tenets rewards players with region renown, which can unlock valuable bonuses such as additional skill points and potions.
Unlike the Altars of Lilith, activating the Tenets of Akarat involves a few additional steps. Each Tenet is surrounded by small statues, either one or three in number. If there's only one statue, activating it will trigger a wave of enemies that must be defeated. With three statues, the process can vary. Sometimes, activating all three statues is necessary, while other times, only specific statues need to be activated to match a set in the background. A third scenario involves attacking the Tenet itself, which activates all three statues. After removing the corruption from the Tenet, players must still interact with it to complete the activation.
Nahantu boasts a total of 30 Tenets of Akarat, all of which are accessible without needing to clear Strongholds or complete other quests. Once players reach Nahantu, they can locate and activate all 30 Tenets. For more insights into Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred, explore GameSpot's guide on Seasonal Journey Rewards and Objectives.
