The inaugural expansion for Diablo IV, Vessel of Hatred, made its debut earlier this month, receiving widespread praise from gamers. Blizzard has now devised a method to infuse a bit of the game's dark essence into reality by offering residents of Los Angeles and New York the opportunity to send sinister floral arrangements to their chosen adversaries. This macabre Vases of Hatred bouquet was crafted by renowned florist Dead Flowers, drawing inspiration from the expansion's storyline. Within the game, the antagonist Mephisto possesses the power to corrupt and taint plant life, as well as anything he comes into contact with. The flowers are presented in a vase designed to evoke Nahantu, a newly introduced in-game location under Mephisto's dominion.

As per the announcement, the floral arrangement features "a selection of carnivorous blooms and trypophobia-triggering buds, with stems and leaves charred by the flames of hell." While some poetic license may have been taken with this description, even if you don't have someone in your life deserving of such a gift, there's an in-game incentive—the Little Lady mount bundle—for sending the digital card of these evil flowers. The official Vases of Hatred website provides all the necessary details for ordering the flowers for those in Los Angeles and New York. However, the promotion is contingent upon the availability of the floral supply. Gamers outside of New York or LA can also obtain the in-game reward by sending the digital card of the evil flowers.

Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred is now available for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
