Drake's son Adonis recently turned seven in grand fashion with a SpongeBob SquarePants-themed birthday bash. The renowned rapper took to Instagram on Sunday to share two heartwarming photos from the celebration. The images depicted the father-son duo reveling in the party, which was set up with a Bikini Bottom theme, featuring jellyfish and the iconic flower-shaped clouds from the cartoon. The party also included a special sign that read, "Adonis' 7th Birthday."
In the first snapshot, Adonis, donning a vibrant yellow SpongeBob-themed shirt, strikes a pose with his dad. Drake, famous for hits like One Dance and God's Plan, had his arm wrapped affectionately around his son as they posed together. The second photo captured the pair beaming widely, with Drake holding Adonis close to him.
The proud father captioned the pictures with the simple yet endearing phrase, "Big Don." Adonis is the offspring of Drake and French artist Sophie Brussaux. Since confirming Adonis' paternity in 2018, the two have been co-parenting the child. Drake frequently spends time with Adonis in various locations, including Los Angeles, Toronto, and at NBA games, where they are often spotted sitting courtside.
Adonis is already making strides in following his father's footsteps. He has made appearances in music videos and even designed the cover art for Drake's album For All the Dogs. Last October, he made his debut in the rap world with his first song, My Man, which he performed at his sixth birthday party.
