Dreamworks' newest animated feature, The Wild Robot, has captivated critics with its intricate narrative on parenthood and self-discovery, complemented by strikingly imaginative visuals that distinguish it from typical CGI-animated films. The movie debuted in theaters on September 8 and is set to release on Blu-ray starting December 3. Preorders for the 4K, standard Blu-ray, and DVD versions are available on Amazon.

Adapted from the Peter Brown book, The Wild Robot chronicles the journey of ROZZUM 7134, affectionately known as Roz, after it is shipwrecked on a deserted island. Roz learns to survive and adapt to its environment, forming bonds with the island's animal inhabitants and becoming a surrogate parent to an orphaned gosling. The film boasts a talented ensemble cast, including Lupita Nyong’o as Roz, Pedro Pascal as the cunning yet kind-hearted fox Fink, Catherine O'Hara as the opossum Pinktail, and Bill Nighy as the goose Longneck.

While The Wild Robot is an excellent family film, there are other noteworthy Blu-ray preorders available for movies that might not be suitable for younger viewers, such as special editions of Venom: The Last Dance, Deadpool and Wolverine, and the super-limited steelbook edition of the Berserk 1997 anime series.
