A drone was launched towards Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's home in the northern Israeli town of Caesarea on Saturday, according to his spokesman. The spokesman added that the prime minister was not in the vicinity at the time and there were no reported casualties.

Earlier, the Israeli military reported that a drone had been launched from Lebanon and subsequently hit a building. The nature of the building was not immediately clear. Additionally, the military stated that two more drones that crossed into Israeli territory were successfully intercepted.

There were no casualties reported, according to the Israeli ambulance service. Local police also noted that explosions were heard in Caesarea, a coastal town where Netanyahu maintains a holiday home. The drone attack had not been claimed by any group at the time of reporting. Notably, the Lebanese group Hezbollah has been engaged in sporadic exchanges of fire with Israel since last October.
