The energy management solution is geared towards significantly reducing energy consumption across multiple retail sites, beginning with a pilot site before scaling up. This involves the implementation of IoT sensors, automated control systems, and advanced data analytics to meticulously monitor and manage energy usage. Concurrently, the smart cart initiative is aimed at enhancing customer engagement within the stores.
