The Dubai Land Department (DLD) recently unveiled the integration of three pivotal real estate services onto the Dubai Now platform, a comprehensive digital hub for government services. This initiative is part of DLD's continuous drive to refine and elevate its service offerings, ensuring they are more adaptable and responsive to customer needs. The move also seeks to simplify access to these services across various digital platforms and devices.
Through the Dubai Now app, DLD now offers the Property Status Inquiry, enabling users to retrieve comprehensive property details by inputting specific information like area and plot number. Additionally, the Ownership Certificate Request feature allows customers to obtain a detailed certificate of their property holdings. The Property Valuation Request service facilitates electronic submission for property evaluations, expediting the valuation process and associated procedures.
This integration aligns with the Dubai Government's Services 360 policy, which aims to deliver seamless, proactive, and interconnected services that surpass customer expectations.
