Dubai's 'Ideal Face' initiative was unveiled at Global Village on Friday, aiming to promote adherence to residency laws and social responsibility among the emirate's residents. The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) announced last month that residents and Emirati sponsors who have maintained a clean record for the past decade will receive 'special privileges' starting November 1.

'They represent the 'Ideal Face' of Dubai through their commitment to residency regulations,' GDRFA stated. The platform, located near the main stage at Global Village and open to the public from November 15-24, offers an interactive experience where visitors can pledge their dedication to residency rules. This initiative not only encourages active participation but also heightens awareness about the significance of compliance in maintaining security and stability.

The platform features an interactive competition designed to educate participants about the initiative's goals, with symbolic prizes for winners. Several influencers will engage with the public to boost participation. Additionally, a team of volunteers will be available to greet visitors, address their questions, and provide information about the initiative.
