Dubai Police has entered into a memorandum of cooperation with the Central Bank, under which Central Bank employees will now be provided with the Esaad card. This card offers employees and their family members discounted rates in various sectors including healthcare, education, real estate, and more, along with a host of other offers and benefits. Introduced in 2018, the Esaad card is accepted by over 7,200 brands and businesses not only within the UAE but also in 92 countries worldwide.

The agreement between the Esaad Card Centre at Dubai Police General Headquarters and the Central Bank of the UAE was formalized by Ihab Al Ameri, Head of Human Resources at the Central Bank, and Mona Al Ameri, Head of the Esaad Card Centre at Dubai Police, in the presence of officials from both organizations. Mona Al Ameri emphasized that this agreement is part of Dubai Police General Command’s commitment to enhancing the happiness and quality of life for employees across government, semi-government, and private sectors. The Esaad Card Centre also aims to foster partnerships with various entities in line with the state’s mission to spread happiness throughout society.

Ihab Al Ameri highlighted that the Central Bank aligns with the UAE’s vision to promote a culture of happiness and positivity within federal entities. He noted that employee well-being and improving their quality of life are strategic priorities for the Central Bank. The signing of this memorandum of cooperation with the Esaad Card Centre reflects the Central Bank’s dedication to building effective partnerships with both local and federal entities to enhance institutional performance and provide employees with exclusive privileges across multiple sectors.
