The video, posted on X, depicts two instances of this infraction. In the first, a motorcycle rider is seen overtaking via the hard shoulder, and in the second, a pick-up truck driver repeats the action. Drivers may frequently turn to this tactic when faced with slow-moving traffic. The authority strongly advises all to follow traffic safety rules and regulations.
